πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Oversee the onboarding process for new DTC customer project teams onto the Salesforce platform.

β€’ Facilitate design reviews with tenant application teams to ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, DOT security protocols, and compatibility with other tenants.

β€’ Execute deployments and production releases for tenant application teams utilizing GitHub and GitActions.

β€’ Manage O&M cases that require advanced administration, including SSO configuration, certificate rotation, custom domain management, reestablishment of connected services post-sandbox refreshes, Data Loader tasks, and coordination with the network team.

β€’ Assist with Incident Response activities in line with contractual SLAs.

β€’ Take part in a 24x7x365 on-call Incident Response rotation.

β€’ Engage in daily client status meetings, daily team standups, weekly and bi-weekly tenant customer calls, and other operational discussions.

β€’ Assist in platform ATO renewal evaluations and mid-year updates.

β€’ Conduct technical design assessments alongside Salesforce architects.

β€’ Draft policy and procedural documentation based on Salesforce best practices and oversee the DTC Governance Library.

β€’ Propose and lead initiatives aimed at enhancing DTC operations and toolsets.

β€’ Deliver solution consultation, design/code evaluations, CI/CD execution, Incident Response, and advanced system administration support.

β€’ Aid in the establishment of new platform services, technology standards, security protocols, and technical briefings for federal agency stakeholders.

β€’ Collaborate with technical teams, government Program & Contract personnel, and executives in this client-facing position.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.

β€’ Expertise in both declarative and programmatic Salesforce development and troubleshooting.

β€’ Proficient in writing/analyzing Apex, Lightning Web Components, YAML, and other programming languages prevalent in enterprise Salesforce environments.

β€’ Familiarity with Mulesoft and pipeline management.

β€’ At least 3 years of experience in executing deployments and managing CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce and GitHub as source control.

β€’ Valid Salesforce Certified Administrator and Platform Developer certifications; Trailblazer profile link is mandatory.

β€’ US Citizenship or Green Card required.

β€’ Capability to obtain a federal government public trust clearance.

β€’ Must reside in the United States.

β€’ Availability to support work hours in the US Eastern time zone between 8 am and 6 pm.

β€’ Willingness to provide occasional after-hours support for P1/P2 incident response and scheduled deployment tasks.

β€’ Ability to participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.

β€’ Preferred: Active Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Consultant, and/or Architect certifications.

β€’ Preferred: Experience with enterprise data governance, cloud-based data warehousing technologies, and/or Salesforce Data 360.

β€’ Preferred: Experience in building and deploying Agentforce agents.

β€’ Preferred: 3 years of experience providing Salesforce consultation to clients concerning fit analysis, requirements mapping, and high-level solution architecture.

β€’ Preferred: Understanding of OmniStudio and its components as well as use cases.

β€’ Preferred: Fundamental knowledge of Salesforce CRM data models and tools for Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, CRM Analytics, and other CRM add-ons.

β€’ Preferred: Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange utilities, Docusign, and Own.

β€’ Demonstrated critical thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, clear communication, and ability to produce polished written deliverables.
