Salesforce Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create tailored solutions within Salesforce, primarily utilizing OmniStudio and Flex Pages

• Design solutions for grants management, case management, and constituent engagement in alignment with Federal programs

• Develop Apex classes and triggers, Lightning Components, Visualforce, Flex Pages, and Lightning Web Components

• Collect stakeholder requirements and convert them into technical Salesforce solutions

• Implement dynamic layouts, data integration, and process automation using OmniStudio

• Develop and customize Velocity templates for personalized content and communication

• Test and troubleshoot OmniStudio and Flex Pages solutions

• Document technical designs, configurations, and customizations thoroughly

• Collaborate with administrators and team members to integrate solutions with existing Salesforce environments

• Keep updated with the latest features and best practices of OmniStudio and Flex Pages

• Provide training and support to end-users

• Optimize implementations to adapt to changing business needs

• Manage and refine the Salesforce product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders

• Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain documentation, and develop and sustain test classes

• Integrate and manage business applications alongside Salesforce

• Design enterprise data integration and governance strategies

• Utilize Salesforce Data Cloud and enterprise analytics platforms effectively

• Enable AI-driven functionalities using Salesforce Einstein and GenAI

• Assist in enterprise reporting, search, and performance monitoring projects

• Act as a technical lead and trusted advisor to federal stakeholders and executives

• Convert business, regulatory, and mission requirements into scalable technical solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with configuration, customization, and programming using Apex APIs and OmniStudio

• In-depth experience working with Salesforce APIs

• Familiarity with implementing and developing in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce

• Competence in resolving high-level software and application challenges

• Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning Design System and the Salesforce development lifecycle

• Ability to write, interpret, and assess technical specifications

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Experience with Salesforce OOB, OmniStudio, Flex Pages, Data Cloud, Einstein/GenAI, Power BI, or Tableau is essential for the specified responsibilities
