Senior Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop low- and medium-complexity technical solutions for new products.

• Identify and map dependencies among technical teams necessary for constructing the team’s solutions.

• Provide the team with both technical and business insights to facilitate activities.

• Suggest and evaluate the implications of parameters and modules configured within the company’s systems.

• Assess the current state of processes and systems with key business stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.

• Validate medium-complexity requirements prior to delivery.

• Analyze requests and modifications from external vendors and communicate them to the development team.

• Aid in the collection of business and software requirements from both internal and external users, translating these into system-based solutions.

• Assist in the creation of business requirements, functional requirements, and user story documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with bots.

• Understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Experience in implementing Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.

• Knowledge of Named Credentials.

• Awareness of external services.

• Experience with Lightning Pages and record page layouts.

• Understanding of objects, fields, roles, profiles, and sharing settings.

• Knowledge of automation and processes, including flows and approval workflows.

• Familiarity with REST integrations (HTTP) and @RestResource.

• Knowledge of asynchronous processing, including future methods, Queueables, Batch Apex, and scheduled jobs.

• Proficiency in Apex.

• Knowledge of LWC, Aura Components, and JavaScript.

• Experience with scratch orgs.

• Understanding of Git and GitLab.

• Ability to resolve merge conflicts.

• Knowledge and application of clean code principles, design patterns, and best practices.
