Senior Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Act as the main technical partner for a designated GTM squad

• Grasp stakeholder workflows and foresee technical requirements

• Convert unclear business needs into comprehensive solution designs

• Develop, test, iterate, document, and launch technical solutions into production

• Work together with developers and the platform's Technical Lead on unified standards

• Collaborate with the Engineering team on internal GTM tools utilizing React and NestJS

• Expose and synchronize Salesforce data through secure services and APIs

• Create Lightning Web Components for native Salesforce UI enhancements

• Partner with AI Automation Engineers on n8n automations and integrations

• Implement a customized Revenue Lifecycle Management solution, covering data modeling, CPQ, entitlements, renewals, and integrations

• Design, execute, and maintain integrations with Fin AI, Gong, Dialpad, HubSpot, Front, Tabs, PandaDoc, and Slack

• Write secure, tested Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes

• Engage in code reviews and uphold technical documentation

• Roll out changes through organized sandbox-to-production release processes

• Utilize AI tools to generate Apex, debug logic, scaffold LWCs, validate test coverage, and manage Salesforce metadata and configurations

• Participate in weekly stakeholder meetings and serve as a prominent strategic technical partner across GTM, RevTech, Engineering, and AI Automation teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Salesforce development

• Proven ability to write Apex and develop Lightning Web Components in production settings

• Expertise in Apex classes, triggers, batch, queueable, and schedulable processes

• Proficient in SOQL/SOSL

• Understanding of the Salesforce security model

• Experience in building and maintaining integrations with external systems

• Familiarity with exposing Salesforce data through secure services/APIs

• Comfortable utilizing AI tools in everyday development tasks

• Capable of effectively prompting and critically assessing AI-generated code

• Working knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools, including GitHub and Gearset

• Able to function as the sole embedded technical resource for a business function

• Skilled in conducting discovery conversations with non-technical stakeholders and creating solution designs and documentation

• Competent in translating vague business processes into effective technical solutions

• Familiar with B2B SaaS Revenue Life Cycle Management, CPQ tools, Salesforce Flow at scale, and Omni Channel

• Experience in managing complex custom-built Salesforce solutions

• Background in administering third-party GTM tools

• Exposure to technologies such as React, Vite, TypeScript, Tailwind, React Router, Apollo Client, NestJS/GraphQL, Postgres, and Redis

• Proficient in both declarative Salesforce configuration and custom coding

• Experience supporting Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
