Salesforce Architect – Enterprise Business Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Create and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform that align with both business and technical requirements.

• Define and uphold the overall Salesforce architecture, which includes data models, integrations, security, and performance.

• Lead the architectural design for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud when applicable.

• Work collaboratively with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to convert business needs into technical designs.

• Establish development standards, governance processes, and best practices for Salesforce implementations.

• Supervise integrations between Salesforce and external systems utilizing APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.

• Review and provide guidance on development projects involving Apex, Lightning components, and automation tools.

• Ensure system scalability, security, and adherence to enterprise architecture standards.

• Offer mentorship and technical leadership to Salesforce developers and administrators.

• Engage in solution design reviews and suggest enhancements to existing implementations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Over 7 years of experience in Salesforce platform development and architecture.

• Experience in designing enterprise-level integrations with ERP, marketing platforms, and data warehouses.

• Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and platform capabilities.

• Demonstrated experience in leading architectural decisions and technical teams.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Experience with multi-org or large-scale Salesforce environments.

• Strong expertise in SFDC Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

• Strong expertise in SFDC AI capabilities using Agentforce.

• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.

• Strong expertise in Salesforce data modeling and security architecture.

• Strong expertise in REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.

• Strong expertise in CI/CD and DevOps for Salesforce.
