Senior Manager, Salesforce Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Support clients in addressing intricate challenges while planning and executing Cloud software solutions.

• Guide team members throughout the implementation process.

• Collaborate with Huron and client team members during various phases such as planning, configuration, design, build, conversion, training, go-live, and post-production support.

• Oversee multiple project teams concurrently across different locations.

• Identify and proactively address potential project risks.

• Cultivate relationships with client personnel at all organizational levels.

• Facilitate and lead meetings with clients.

• Create team work plans and organize project team activities.

• Supervise client and consulting resources in their daily responsibilities.

• Manage client deliverables, project budgets, and ensure quality assurance.

• Coach and mentor Analysts and Associates.

• Engage in practice and business development efforts.

• Oversee engagement economics, including financial forecasts, burn rates, and accounts receivable.

• Draft statements of work and manage change orders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with Cloud implementation.

• Experience in project implementation with Salesforce.com within Higher Education, Healthcare, Construction, or Manufacturing and Industrials sectors.

• Background as a functional application specialist.

• Outstanding communication skills—both verbal and written—and strong interpersonal skills to build trust and foster collaboration.

• Capability to train and contribute to the professional development of Huron staff in both project management and technical aspects.

• Ability to contribute to multiple projects with varying scales and durations.

• Strong analytical skills to convert meeting insights into documentation for participants and project teams.

• Eagerness and openness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

• Willingness to travel as required.
