Salesforce Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create tailored solutions within Salesforce, primarily utilizing OmniStudio and Flex Pages.

• Design solutions focused on grants management, case management, and constituent engagement that align with Federal programs.

• Develop Apex classes and triggers, Lightning Components, Visualforce, Flex Pages, and Lightning Web Components.

• Collect stakeholder requirements and convert them into Salesforce technical solutions.

• Implement dynamic layouts, data integration, and process automation using OmniStudio.

• Create and customize Velocity templates for tailored content and communications.

• Test and troubleshoot OmniStudio and Flex Pages solutions.

• Document technical designs, configurations, and customizations comprehensively.

• Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and other team members to integrate with existing Salesforce environments.

• Provide training and support to end-users effectively.

• Optimize implementations to adapt to changing business needs.

• Manage and enhance the Salesforce product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Follow Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and create and uphold test classes.

• Integrate and maintain business applications with Salesforce.

• Design enterprise data integration and governance strategies.

• Utilize Salesforce Data Cloud and enterprise analytics platforms like Power BI and Tableau.

• Enable AI-driven functionalities using Salesforce Einstein and GenAI solutions.

• Support enterprise reporting, search, and performance monitoring initiatives.

• Act as the technical lead and trusted advisor to federal stakeholders and executives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in configuration, customization, and programming with APEX APIs and OmniStudio.

• Significant experience working with Salesforce APIs.

• Proficient in implementing and developing with Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.

• Capability to resolve complex software and application issues.

• Skilled in the Salesforce Lightning Design System and the Salesforce development lifecycle.

• Ability to write, interpret, and evaluate technical specifications effectively.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience with Salesforce OOB, LWC, OmniStudio, Flex Pages, Salesforce Data Cloud, Power BI/Tableau, and Salesforce Einstein/GenAI solutions.

• Capability to architect enterprise data integration and governance strategies.

• Ability to convert business, regulatory, and mission requirements into scalable technical solutions.
