This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +4 more countries.
• Sustain and enhance the cohesive post-sales support and operations framework established on Salesforce Service Cloud, encompassing case management, knowledge bases, and agent assistance tools.
• Implement technical improvements for AI-powered case summarization, bulk communication/email tools, Omnichannel routing and case orchestration, automated agent feedback synchronization, and integrations with enterprise data platforms.
• Step into a Developer Fast-Response Engineer (DFR) role to manage real-time alerts, monitor health KPIs, respond to operational needs, track incidents, investigate routing and automation issues, and document outcomes.
• Develop and oversee Salesforce integrations with external systems, downstream databases, and enterprise data warehouses, particularly Snowflake.
• Engage in weekly Operations Reviews, continual system monitoring, and documentation updates using collaboration tools like Confluence.
• Work alongside teams operating in Eastern Time to support an enterprise post-sales platform for a global client.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
• Direct experience in configuring and supporting Service Cloud and Omnichannel work-routing frameworks.
• Established history in operational support, incident management, root-cause analysis, and production troubleshooting.
• Practical experience in building and maintaining Salesforce API integrations with external systems.
• Experience in monitoring system health, managing operational incidents, and ensuring platform reliability.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant, or System Architect certification.
• Specific experience in creating data integration pipelines between Salesforce (SFDC) and Snowflake.
• Experience with intricate Omnichannel routing, case management automation patterns, and work orchestration frameworks.
• Previous experience in a Developer Fast Response (DFR) or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role handling high-priority incident triage.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted features or autonomous AI agent integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Knowledge of enterprise observability and monitoring dashboards.
• Ability to collaborate with teams operating in Eastern Time (ET) and overlap with North American business hours.
• Proficiency in English for interviews, documentation, and daily communication.
• Remote work arrangement.
