This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Take full ownership of the Salesforce instance as its technical leader.
• Oversee declarative configurations, permission sets, profiles, page layouts, record types, sharing rules, sandbox strategies, and release management processes.
• Sustain, document, stabilize, and enhance existing Flows, validation rules, assignment logic, and approval workflows.
• Identify areas of workflow friction, enhance data quality, minimize user clicks, and implement system upgrades.
• Design data models for Salesforce, opportunity architecture, product catalog, and pipeline frameworks for multi-product go-to-market strategies.
• Support cross-selling, upselling, product-level revenue reporting, bundling, and renewal processes.
• Maintain and enhance Salesforce integrations with Snowflake, Gong, and other go-to-market and billing platforms.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and forecasting views for leadership, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Collect requirements directly from Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and executive leadership.
• Manage user administration, onboarding, data hygiene standards, documentation, change control, and training for end-users.
• Assess, implement, and streamline third-party tools and AppExchange applications.
• Report directly to the Senior Director of Operations.
• 4–8 years of practical Salesforce experience.
• Primary responsibility for at least one active Salesforce production organization.
• Experience with multiple companies' Salesforce environments.
• Extensive declarative proficiency with Flow, validation rules, formula fields, dynamic forms, approval processes, permission sets, sharing architecture, and complex data modeling.
• Capability to read, debug, and understand Apex, triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
• Advanced skills in Salesforce reporting, data loading, and migration processes.
• Experience in owning or significantly supporting Salesforce integrations with data warehouses, conversation intelligence tools, marketing automation, or billing systems.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is mandatory.
• Proficient in professional English, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and drive change independently.
• Capability to remain stationary for extended periods while working on a computer.
• Willingness and ability to travel to client locations or conferences and participate in a minimum number of client events each year.
