This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design the flow of patient, clinician, and insurance information between Salesforce and operational tools.
• Collaborate directly with users of the systems.
• Develop intricate Salesforce solutions.
• Provide support for systems that facilitate access to mental health care.
• Enhance patient matching, expedite clinician licensing and onboarding, and improve care-team efficiency.
• Establish visible, long-lasting architectural decisions within a small team.
• Over 7 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Minimum of 2 years responsible for design decisions on large or complex implementations.
• Proficient in writing, reviewing, and debugging Salesforce code and automation.
• Capability to evaluate code, configuration, and external solution options.
• Experience in creating Salesforce integrations with external systems, addressing security, monitoring, and recovery from failures.
• Skilled in designing robust data models and determining system ownership of shared data.
• Ability to articulate technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders and reach consensus among teams with conflicting priorities.
• Experience in setting technical standards via design reviews, documentation, or mentorship.
• Preferred: expertise in multi-instance Salesforce implementations and Health and Data Cloud / Data 360.
• Preferred: familiarity with HIPAA-compliant or regulated environments and data security best practices.
• Preferred: experience with version-controlled automated Salesforce deployment tools and improvement of release processes.
• Preferred: experience in decision-making regarding build/configure/buy options.
• Preferred: mentoring experience for administrators, analysts, or developers.
• Preferred: relevant Salesforce certifications in architecture or development.
• Must reside in the United States; currently not hiring in Hawaii.
