Senior Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design and implementation of intricate Salesforce solutions, prioritizing scalability, performance, and security.

• Create and assess solutions utilizing Apex, LWC, and complex integrations with various systems and platforms.

• Establish and uphold architecture best practices, design patterns, CI/CD methodologies, and code governance standards.

• Diagnose and remedy critical technical challenges while identifying opportunities for platform enhancement.

• Offer technical direction and mentorship to fellow developers, supporting architectural choices in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.

• Work directly with international teams, particularly those in the United States, communicating in English on a daily basis.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7+ years of practical experience in Salesforce development.

• Profound understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including its limitations, design patterns, and architectural best practices.

• Advanced skills in Apex, LWC, and complex integrations, including event-driven architectures and middleware.

• Proven experience in leading the technical design of solutions with an emphasis on scalability, performance, and security.

• Strong expertise in CI/CD methodologies, code governance, and management of technical debt.

• Fluent English for effective communication with global teams.

• Capability to function as a solution architect, articulating the end-to-end technical vision for critical projects.

• Outstanding ability to analyze and resolve the most intricate and critical system issues.

• Strategic perspective to foresee future technical challenges and suggest proactive architectural advancements.

• Leadership and mentoring abilities to technically guide and develop team members.

• Proficiency in communicating and justifying architectural decisions to executive stakeholders and technical teams.

• Excellence in producing technical documentation and architecture diagrams.

• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification.

• Experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) or other complex cloud solutions.

• Background in technical project management and level-of-effort (LOE) estimation.

• Knowledge of other cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and their integration with Salesforce.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
