This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Lead the design and implementation of intricate Quote-to-Cash transformation projects.
• Convert SaaS subscription frameworks, multi-product bundles, and data workflows into scalable configurations and integration specifications for Salesforce CPQ.
• Map and enhance the comprehensive sales journey, encompassing account creation/validation, opportunity management, quote generation, contract finalization, and order confirmation.
• Design and sustain complex bundle structures, subscription/term-based pricing models, renewal logic, and product/validation rules in the Quote Line Editor.
• Develop workflows for account creation and approval processes.
• Configure territory and user assignments based on geographic location, revenue, and employee count.
• Establish integration specifications between Salesforce CPQ, Informatica MDM, MuleSoft, Boomi, and downstream invoicing systems.
• Define integration requirements for account validation, enrichment, and deduplication between Salesforce and Informatica MDM.
• Address discrepancies between third-party data and existing MDM records.
• Write SOQL queries to analyze data models, troubleshoot configuration edge cases, and validate data migration/enrichment pipelines.
• Assist in evaluating and implementing native AI capabilities, such as Salesforce Agentforce and its sub-agents.
• Draft comprehensive user stories, process flow diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with offshore development teams to facilitate sprint execution.
• Over 8 years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, including a minimum of 4 years focused on Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick) implementation and business analysis.
• Proficient in Salesforce CPQ configurations, including complex product rules, pricing waterfalls, price rules, and subscription management.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, and tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica MDM.
• Capability to write SOQL queries, comprehend APEX data structures, and grasp complex object relationships within Salesforce.
• Extensive functional knowledge of Quote-to-Cash processes, SaaS billing models, and contract lifecycle workflows.
• Experience or strong foundational knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce and AI agent configurations.
• Candidates must have personally configured Salesforce CPQ.
