Senior Sales Strategist – Draw, Commission

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Analyze stalled or unresponsive claims and devise strategic re-engagement plans for hot, warm, and cold leads in CCC, Email, and/or Complex Claim campaigns

• Address doubts, compliance issues, and objections

• Act as the senior authority voice when additional credibility is required

• Perform targeted research to verify claimant identity, heirship, and asset connections

• Utilize verified databases and public records for thorough due diligence

• Collaborate with genealogists and internal research teams to ensure the accuracy and defensibility of claims

• Re-establish communication with claimants through a consultative, trust-based methodology

• Clarify contingency agreements, documentation requirements, and the recovery process

• Assist claimants in executing legal documents and ensure timely completion

• Convert hesitant or skeptical prospects into signed agreements in a transparent manner

• Keep meticulous outreach documentation and case notes

• Facilitate smooth transitions between sales, research, and claims processing teams

• Identify patterns of objections and suggest improvements to processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in sales closing, negotiations, investigative research, or a similar field

• Proven ability to manage complex objections and professional interactions with skeptical clients

• Excellent communication skills with executive presence and credibility

• Comfortable working with CRM systems, research tools, and investigative databases

• High ethical standards and a commitment to transparency in contingency-based agreements

• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across departments
