Senior Sales Representative, Women’s Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Create a business plan for the designated territory that aligns with Viatris' sales strategies, plans, and objectives.

• Deliver high-quality sales presentations to targeted clients.

• Meet quarterly sales targets within the territory while following ethical sales practices and regulations.

• Comprehend and apply targeting principles effectively.

• Formulate pre-call planning strategies for key targets.

• Cultivate positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and Company managers.

• Maintain high levels of call and field productivity.

• Collect information from offices, pharmacists, and others to devise strategies for territory prescribers.

• Utilize samples, literature, and other resources to enhance physician awareness of Viatris products.

• Address customer inquiries in a prompt and dependable manner.

• Engage in continuous learning and professional growth in sales, communication, and product knowledge.

• Execute additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales.

• A combination of education and experience will be considered.

• Proven business acumen.

• Established success in influence and negotiation abilities.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Strong verbal, interpersonal, and listening capabilities.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively to achieve results.

• Self-motivated and proactive.

• Willingness to travel within the territory, including potential overnight trips.

• Must reside within the territory geography.

• Valid Driver's License and a satisfactory driving record.

• Authorization and capability to operate a Company leased vehicle or approved rental vehicle.

• Professional or Senior level designation based on years of relevant pharmaceutical sales experience.

• Proficient in speaking, understanding, reading, and writing English.
