Senior Sales Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the complete recruitment process for various sales and critical business positions, from initial intake to final offer and acceptance.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and leaders to establish role priorities, align candidate profiles, and coordinate search strategies.

• Develop and sustain a pipeline of passive candidates through focused sourcing, market analysis, networking, and referrals.

• Utilize recruitment data and market insights to monitor progress, pinpoint bottlenecks, and suggest enhancements to processes.

• Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

• Advocate for inclusive hiring practices during every stage of the recruitment process.

• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and cross-functional partners.

• Report directly to the Director of Sales Recruiting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of recruiting experience, including in-house recruiting in a technology or high-growth setting.

• Extensive knowledge in full-cycle recruiting and successfully closing passive candidates, particularly in Enterprise sales and business functions.

• Experience providing guidance to hiring managers and senior leaders regarding market conditions, search strategies, interview processes, and offer negotiations.

• Strong understanding of recruiting metrics.

• Proficient in maintaining ATS data integrity.

• Capable of leveraging recruiting insights to inform decision-making.

• Skilled in managing diverse priorities autonomously.

• Ability to influence stakeholders effectively.

• Proven capability to address complex hiring challenges.

• Applicants must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies governed by U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
