This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with go-to-market leaders to convert business objectives into performance evaluations, KPI analysis, trend reports, forecasts, pipeline insights, and actionable recommendations.
• Identify performance and operational challenges through data analysis, root-cause investigation, input from stakeholders, and a practical understanding of sellers' and leaders' operational frameworks.
• Take ownership of significant operational initiatives from current-state analysis and requirements gathering to solution design, cross-departmental execution, user adoption, and evaluation of business outcomes.
• Enhance sales processes, workflows, CRM cleanliness, CPQ quoting methods, engagement rules, and assignment models.
• Collaborate with Systems and other stakeholders to create sustainable solutions.
• Develop and sustain reporting mechanisms, dashboards, and insights tailored for executives.
• Assess capacity, meeting and lead distribution, book of business coverage, and success metrics to boost productivity, fairness, growth, and accountability.
• Leverage AI, automation, analytics, and various tools to establish reusable workflows, expedite analysis, minimize operational friction, and enhance sales performance.
• Report directly to the Manager of Sales Operations.
• Over 3 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a closely related business operations field.
• Familiarity with enterprise selling strategies, including direct sales, channel sales, and VAR or reseller partnerships.
• Proven experience collaborating with sales leaders, formulating recommendations from partial information, and independently driving cross-functional initiatives to quantifiable results.
• Knowledge of sales processes, funnel management, forecasting, pipeline analysis, CRM maintenance, CPQ, and operational factors affecting seller productivity.
• Experience with Salesforce reporting tools.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for analyzing complex data sets and creating practical operational tools.
• Ability to transform analysis into clear, decision-ready communications for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Capability to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Experience utilizing AI and automation tools, multi-step workflows, reusable systems, and applying human judgment.
• Ability to thrive in a fully remote working environment.
