This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the execution of the strategic team selling initiative.
• Partner with Sales Regional Vice Presidents on opportunities and prepare for sales finals and technology demonstrations, mainly within the mid-market sector.
• Identify and organize presentation teams according to prospect need assessments.
• Lead internal meetings with presentation teams, product managers, Pricing, RFP, system analysts, client management, and new business services.
• Attend due diligence site visit meetings to present digital participant and plan sponsor tools.
• Engage in sales final presentations with potential clients or advisors.
• Follow up post-finals to assess current and future team-selling requirements.
• Collaborate with the Director to gather insights on competitive data, product offerings, available services, and market size distinctions.
• Oversee related sales projects.
• Develop detailed, client-specific sales final presentations and materials.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of five years of experience in the retirement services sector.
• Possession of FINRA Series 6 or 7, and Series 63 or 66, or the ability to obtain within nine months, including SIE if applicable.
• Experience in creating presentations and marketing materials.
• Familiarity with 401(k), 401(b), pooled plans, nonqualified and defined benefit plans.
• Understanding of competitor products and services.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
• Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred.
• Willingness to travel moderately, approximately 50%.
