This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee a group of Digital Implementation Specialists tasked with onboarding and transitioning both new and existing clients to the Digital pension platform.
• Spearhead the deployment of digital tools and platforms across pension schemes, ensuring alignment with client specifications and internal guidelines.
• Handle team recruitment, professional development, coaching, and mentoring.
• Engage with clients through virtual and in-person meetings, addressing queries and conducting demonstrations.
• Supervise digital content workflows, which include CMS configuration, template creation, and journey mapping for members and employers.
• Work in collaboration with UX, CX, and technical teams to focus on user-centered design and accessibility.
• Organize sprint planning and delivery with development teams, monitoring progress and resolving any obstacles.
• Own the digital delivery roadmap for designated schemes, ensuring milestones are met and risks are mitigated.
• Assist in digital strategies that incorporate automated communications, digital reporting, and engagement tools.
• Serve as a liaison between operations, technology, and client stakeholders.
• Contribute to service assessments, investment proposals, and digital strategy documentation.
• Offer training, guidance, and support to internal teams regarding digital tools and processes.
• Prior experience managing digital teams within pensions, financial services, or regulated sectors.
• Familiarity with implementation and/or migration projects for digital platforms or products.
• Strong presentation skills for diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience with digital platforms, member portals, and mobile applications.
• Capability to lead cross-functional teams while managing competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the capacity to influence both technical and non-technical teams.
• Knowledge of ADO, Figma, and Miro would be advantageous.
• Understanding of DB pension scheme administration and member lifecycle journeys would be beneficial.
• Exposure to AI-driven product development and automation tools would be a plus.
