Implementation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Convert raw utility and geospatial data into high-precision digital twin models for electricity networks.

• Play a key role in the comprehensive deployment of the Neara platform for utility clients globally.

• Ingest and manipulate extensive LiDAR, GIS, and asset datasets utilizing Neara’s schema language and configuration framework.

• Conduct thorough QA/QC to guarantee that digital twins accurately represent real-world physics and meet customer specifications.

• Develop customized reports and dashboards within the platform for utility engineers.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance processes and tools.

• Assist in accelerating future deployments and automating essential deployment processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Data Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Integration Engineer, Software Engineer, or a related role.

• Proficiency in at least one major programming language, such as SQL or Python, with the capacity to learn a new language.

• Capability to learn and excel in a new schema language for data manipulation and report generation.

• Strong written communication skills.

• Experience in contributing to internal knowledge bases and external user manuals.

• Ability to clearly explain technical configurations to diverse audiences in fluent English.

• Skill in analyzing complex data discrepancies and systematically reconfiguring models to ensure 100% accuracy.

• A background in engineering, mathematics, software engineering, computer science, or a related field is preferred.

• Familiarity with GIS, CAD geoprocessing, or LiDAR data is advantageous.
