This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main partner for implementation and training for designated K-12 school and district accounts.
• Provide professional learning experiences both virtually and in-person for educators, administrators, and district leadership teams.
• Develop and oversee implementation plans that align with partner objectives and contractual obligations.
• Conduct training sessions, coaching, modeling, consultations, and offer ongoing support.
• Foster long-term relationships with stakeholders from schools and districts.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to enhance partner success, facilitate renewals, and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead professional learning communities, train-the-trainer sessions, workshops, conferences, and regional events.
• Assess the effectiveness of training through surveys, feedback, and implementation data.
• Aid in the development and ongoing enhancement of professional learning content, training materials, certifications, and user resources.
• Keep precise records of training activities, attendance, and engagement metrics.
• Participate in a community of practice focused on equity, student success, and excellence in Social and Emotional Learning (SEL).
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related area.
• At least three (3) years of experience in coaching, mentoring, facilitation, training, or professional development.
• Robust experience in K-12 education.
• Proven experience in delivering presentations, workshops, or professional learning sessions to adult learners.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and customer service abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and partner relationships concurrently.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Preferred: Five (5) or more years of K-12 teaching experience.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) programs and their implementation.
• Preferred: Understanding of adult learning theory and instructional best practices.
• Preferred: Experience in educational consulting, instructional coaching, district support, or professional learning.
• Preferred: Project management experience.
• Preferred: Experience in technology-enabled learning environments.
