This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Propel the growth of new accounts for Finastra's Supply Chain Finance solution.
• Identify, cultivate, and secure new enterprise clients within financial institutions and major corporate entities.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from market development and executive outreach to solution positioning, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization.
• Take ownership of a designated territory and revenue goals, primarily focused on acquiring new clients.
• Formulate and implement account strategies targeting high-value institutions and corporations.
• Generate a sales pipeline via proactive outreach, executive networking, industry events, partnerships, and targeted marketing campaigns.
• Establish relationships with senior decision-makers in areas such as Transaction Banking, Trade Finance, Working Capital, Treasury, Operations, Procurement, and Technology.
• Create opportunities proactively instead of predominantly depending on inbound inquiries.
• Transform client working-capital and supply-chain challenges into persuasive business propositions.
• Position solutions around supplier finance, buyer-led initiatives, receivables finance, liquidity optimization, working-capital efficiency, and digital transformation.
• Lead discovery sessions with business, operations, technology, risk, and executive stakeholders.
• Convey distinct business value in comparison to competing platforms, internal development, and existing practices.
• Coordinate with solution consultants, product specialists, professional services, and executives during complex engagements.
• Oversee intricate enterprise opportunities from qualification to contract signing.
• Develop compelling value propositions and presentations for executives.
• Navigate through procurement, legal, information security, technology, and commercial approval processes.
• Maintain opportunity strategies, competitive analyses, stakeholder mapping, and closing plans.
• Negotiate commercial terms while safeguarding strategic and financial objectives.
• Ensure disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
• Continuously build a qualified pipeline of new accounts and convert prospects into strategic opportunities and executed contracts.
• Proven experience in enterprise technology, fintech, transaction banking, trade finance, or working-capital solution sales.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring new logos, rather than merely expanding existing accounts.
• Experience in selling complex, mission-critical technology solutions involving multiple stakeholders and extended sales cycles.
• Strong history of selling to banks, financial institutions, multinational corporations, or large enterprises.
• Preferred experience with supply chain finance, trade finance, receivables finance, or working-capital solutions such as Demica, Surecomp, Kyriba, PrimeRevenue, CGI, or similar.
• Proven ability to independently create opportunities.
• Strong executive presence and capability to engage with C-suite and business-line leadership.
• Excellent skills in discovery, negotiation, presentation, and value-based selling.
• Ability to develop financially convincing business cases beyond mere product demonstrations.
• Disciplined in qualification, pipeline development, forecasting, and closing processes.
• Hunter mentality with persistence in establishing new relationships.
• Commercial curiosity and a quick understanding of a prospect's business model.
• Comfortable orchestrating large teams, both internally and with customers.
• Credible in discussing both business outcomes and technology with senior stakeholders.
• Must reside in the specified location or its immediate vicinity.
