This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +1 more country.
• Formulate and implement global account strategies that are in line with SGS business goals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery across various SGS business lines and affiliates.
• Foster revenue growth by enhancing relationships with key decision-makers and uncovering new business opportunities.
• Oversee global agreements, contracts, and commercial relationships with designated accounts.
• Evaluate account performance against KPIs, service level agreements, financial objectives, and customer satisfaction indicators.
• Lead regular business reviews, performance assessments, and business development discussions.
• Guarantee prompt delivery of reports, invoices, and communications while analyzing revenue patterns and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Address service delivery challenges and manage claims to uphold robust client relationships.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor actions that may affect the account.
• Advocate for the SGS brand, showcasing its capabilities and integrity, while ensuring adherence to SGS policies, safety standards, and the Code of Integrity.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background in Analytical Sciences, Engineering, or Business-related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in account management, customer service, or other relevant roles with a proven track record.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the TIC industry relevant to the business unit.
• Experience in international and multi-cultural settings.
• Advanced proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are advantageous.
• Strong skills in account management, negotiation, and relationship building.
• Exceptional leadership capabilities, complemented by excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Computer literate, including skills in creating, filing, saving/uploading, searching, and backing up files.
• Experience with Salesforce for managing pipelines, forecasting, and tracking client relationships.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% of the time, including potential international travel.
