This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Achieve quarterly and yearly sales objectives through a disciplined and structured sales methodology.
• Comprehend and convey Arctic Wolf’s Security Operations solutions, their value, and competitive edge.
• Present technical demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer business needs.
• Take ownership of technical design and architecture for every opportunity.
• Ensure accurate CRM data management and sales hygiene in internal tools.
• Collaborate with the Account Executive on managing 10–20 active enterprise sales cycles each quarter while also pursuing long-term strategic goals.
• Qualify and position opportunities using value-driven messaging and competitive analysis.
• Work alongside demand generation, SDR, marketing, and channel teams to build and enhance the territory pipeline.
• Identify technical advocates, risks, gaps, and competition, and formulate strategies to secure a technical victory.
• Build and cultivate relationships with reseller and channel alliance partners.
• Utilize personal networks and partner connections to generate new leads and broaden outreach.
• Attend 6–8 field events and trade shows each quarter.
• Travel frequently within the territory to engage with prospective clients and progress opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and SE leadership on strategic territory planning and implementation.
• Support weekly territory discussions and maintain communication with AEs, marketing, channel, and inside sales teams.
• Enhance alignment with Account Executive counterparts to provide a cohesive customer experience.
• Work closely with channel teams to support strategic partners and foster co-sell success.
• Execute responsibilities in compliance with Arctic Wolf Networks’ information security policies, standards, processes, and controls.
• Over 5 years of experience in quota-carrying pre-sales engineering or consulting within cybersecurity, SaaS, or a related technical field.
• A strong track record of consistent overachievement.
• Demonstrated success in value-based selling, including conducting in-depth discovery, quantifying business outcomes, and aligning solutions with strategic initiatives.
• Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise clients, with knowledge of multi-threaded buying processes.
• Ability to communicate technical cybersecurity concepts in a clear manner that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• High proficiency with CRM systems, sales productivity tools, spreadsheets, communication platforms, and overall technology workflows.
• Extensive technical knowledge in Networking, Security, Identity Management, Cloud Services, and proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac.
• Strong working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment while collaborating with various teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• CISSP, GCIH, CISA, or CISM certifications are preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com is preferred.
• Previous experience in selling XaaS solutions is preferred.
• Knowledge of Mac OS, Omnigraffle, or VMware Fusion is preferred.
• Background check is required.
