This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Develop and convert a qualified sales pipeline in both European and international markets.
• Identify potential clients within the FinTech sector, including payment service providers, banks, marketplaces, crypto enterprises, and financial technology platforms.
• Manage the entire sales process, encompassing prospecting, qualification, solution design, negotiation, and closing.
• Sell payment accounts, SEPA connectivity, stablecoin settlement, APIs, and white-label infrastructure tailored to specific client needs.
• Cultivate relationships with founders, C-level executives, product leaders, and other key decision-makers.
• Create commercially viable partnerships that adhere to regulatory, technical, and operational standards.
• Collaborate with product, compliance, operations, and technology teams to transition signed opportunities into live revenue.
• Maintain disciplined management of the sales pipeline, revenue forecasting, and CRM reporting.
• Represent the company at industry events, partner meetings, and discussions within the ecosystem.
• Provide market feedback to enhance the product proposition, pricing, and commercial strategy.
• Over 8 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, partnerships, or enterprise account acquisition.
• A proven track record in selling banking infrastructure, FinTech solutions, Banking-as-a-Service, payments technology, or similar financial products.
• Demonstrated success in generating new business and finalizing complex, high-value B2B agreements.
• Experience in managing lengthy sales cycles that involve commercial, product, technical, compliance, and legal stakeholders.
• An established network within the payments, FinTech, banking, or financial infrastructure sectors.
• Strong comprehension of regulated financial products and the commercial needs of institutional clients.
• Professional proficiency in English, with the ability to present and negotiate with senior international stakeholders.
• A self-driven approach to prospecting, pipeline ownership, and revenue generation.
• Nice to have: Experience in selling stablecoin, blockchain, digital asset, treasury, or crypto infrastructure.
• Nice to have: Knowledge of MiCA, EMI operations, SEPA, cross-border payments, or embedded finance.
• Nice to have: Connections with stablecoin issuers, exchanges, payment platforms, banks, or institutional investors.
• Nice to have: Experience in structuring API, white-label, liquidity, or platform partnerships.
• Consultative selling skills with the ability to translate infrastructure into clear commercial value.
• Confidence in navigating technical, regulatory, and operational conversations.
• Strong negotiation abilities and sound commercial judgment.
• Persistence and discipline throughout complex enterprise sales processes.
• Credibility in interactions with founders, executives, and institutional decision-makers.
