Senior RPA Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with various business units, particularly Finance, to collect automation requirements and pinpoint opportunities for streamlining recurring manual processes.

• Design, create, test, and implement comprehensive automation solutions utilizing Power Automate Desktop, primarily within Finance operations.

• Develop reusable components and standardize RPA design patterns to ensure scalability and ease of maintenance.

• Oversee and maintain RPA solutions post-deployment, addressing exceptions and implementing enhancements as needed.

• Record process flows, technical designs, and user documentation for all deployed automations.

• Integrate Power Automate Desktop with SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, Dataverse, and other third-party systems.

• Offer training and support to citizen developers and internal stakeholders.

• Partner with IT and security teams to guarantee governance, data protection, and adherence to automation standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience is necessary.

• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in RPA development, specifically with Power Automate Desktop.

• Demonstrated experience in automating Finance workflows.

• Comprehensive understanding of RPA concepts, lifecycle, and exception handling.

• Experience in desktop automation, web automation, file and email automation, and UI-based scripting.

• Proficient in process analysis, workflow design, and business documentation.

• Familiar with Power Automate Cloud Flows, Power Apps, and Dataverse.

• Capability to convert Finance process requirements into effective automation workflows.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.

• Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Basic programming or scripting knowledge is advantageous, including VBScript, JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell.

• RPA or Power Platform certifications are a plus.

• Although the position is remote, a willingness to travel to the site based on project needs and deliverables is required.
