Senior RPA Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Participate in impactful and high-visibility initiatives that shape Guidehouse’s existing business and future strategy.

• Develop intelligent automation solutions as part of the Platforms Center of Excellence.

• Address critical challenges faced by clients using RPA, Microsoft Power Platform, and AI technologies.

• Assist clients in initiating their automation journey.

• Implement and expand RPA programs successfully.

• Integrate AI and machine learning with RPA to develop cognitive automations.

• Provide support for both internal and external customers.

• Collaborate with consulting professionals and clients.

• Collect requirements and document processes effectively.

• Design, test, and launch automation solutions.

• Utilize business analysis, system design, business process re-engineering, and change management methodologies.

• Evaluate and enhance business processes.

• Choose and apply suitable automation or software tools that meet customer needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

• At least FIVE (5) years of experience, with THREE (3) of those years as an RPA developer.

• Knowledge of the RPA development lifecycle, including process and object creation.

• Proficiency in developing with UiPath.

• Familiarity with RPA Control Room, queue management, and scheduling functionalities.

• Capability to adhere to RPA best practices and coding standards under supervision.

• Experience with exception handling and debugging techniques in RPA software.

• Understanding of fundamental programming concepts (e.g., variables, loops, conditions) and logical reasoning.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt swiftly in a dynamic automation environment.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior developers, business analysts, and testers.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and documentation.

• Experience within an automation Center of Excellence.

• Familiarity with governance models.

• Experience with Agile project delivery methods, tools, and concepts.

• Skills in business analysis, system design, business process re-engineering, and change management.

• Proficiency in business process analysis and optimization.

• Ability to select and apply the appropriate automation or software tool for specific customer requirements.

• US Citizenship is required.

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance.

• Travel may be required up to 10%.

• Nice to have: Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.

• Nice to have: Experience deploying Unattended UiPath Automations.

• Nice to have: Software development skills in R, Python, .Net, or other languages, including VBA.

• Nice to have: Expertise in human capital analytics, financial management, or advanced data visualizations.

• Nice to have: Experience with AutoHotKey automation.
