Process Automation & AI Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Evaluate business and IT processes to uncover optimization opportunities.

• Recognize repetitive tasks and create automation solutions.

• Choose, implement, and integrate AI technologies into existing workflows.

• Keep abreast of the market and assess innovative AI technologies and tools.

• Enhance standards and processes to establish sustainable improvements.

• Create KPIs, dashboards, and conduct cost-effectiveness analyses.

• Oversee cross-functional digitalization projects.

• Work in partnership with management, team leaders, and specialized departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong IT knowledge.

• Preferably, familiarity with software development, scripting, and interfaces.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation solutions, and digital technologies.

• Background in analyzing, assessing, and optimizing business and IT processes.

• Knowledge of process management principles.

• Ideally, understanding of ITIL, ITSM, or Lean Management methodologies.

• Methodical and analytical work approach.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Proactive attitude and eagerness to explore new methods.

• Insight into business relationships and the ability to assess the value of initiatives using KPIs.
