Senior RFP Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee live RFP, RFI, and DDQ projects from initiation to submission.

• Collaborate with AEs, Solutions, SMEs, and various cross-functional teams to collect inputs and ensure project timelines are met.

• Establish and manage Loopio projects, including the assignment of questions, tracking status, and managing deadlines.

• Follow up with SMEs and escalate any blockers as necessary.

• Assist in maintaining Loopio library hygiene, conducting review cycles, and updating content post-RFP.

• Generate regular updates on RFP status, risks, and library conditions.

• Facilitate process enhancements throughout the RFP workflow, focusing on automation and AI-driven opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in proposal operations, RFP management, project management, GTM operations, or a related cross-functional position.

• Highly organized with the capability to juggle multiple deadlines, stakeholders, and workstreams at once.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to keep stakeholders aligned.

• Comfortable following up with senior stakeholders and influencing without direct authority.

• Excellent writing skills with a knack for enhancing clarity, tone, and completeness in written responses.

• Proficient in learning systems and navigating tools such as Loopio, Salesforce, Slack, or similar platforms.

• Inquisitive about AI and eager to leverage it for improving workflow efficiency.

• Preferred: experience managing RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, or proposal response processes.

• Preferred: familiarity with Loopio, Responsive, Qvidian, or other proposal tools.

• Preferred: background in fintech, payments, SaaS, financial services, or other regulated fields.

• Preferred: experience in technical writing, proposal writing, or business writing.

• Preferred: experience collaborating with Sales, Solutions, Product, Legal, Compliance, or Security teams.
