📋 Description

• Identify, analyze, negotiate, specify, validate, and manage software requirements, ensuring traceability and effective change management.

• Develop and document specifications for software requirements.

• Provide the development team with a comprehensive perspective that spans both the problem domain and the digital solution domain.

• Facilitate effective communication and enhance understanding of the business domain related to the digital solution.

• Contribute to the creation of new features for robust and scalable products that cater to thousands of users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in functional and non-functional requirements engineering.

• Familiarity with user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Understanding of requirements traceability, prototyping, and fundamental Function Points concepts.

• Knowledge of DevSecOps and Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD) as it pertains to requirements.

• Strong active listening skills.

• Capability to organize concepts across various levels of abstraction.

• Ability to prioritize and negotiate needs effectively.

• Systems thinking aptitude.

• A degree in Information Technology, or a degree in any field accompanied by a postgraduate qualification in Software Engineering/Development comprising at least 360 hours.
