Senior Revit Architect – Industrial

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for designated projects and documentation packages from Design Development through to Construction Documentation.

• Communicate and coordinate directly with structural, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, civil, and fire consultants.

• Precisely integrate consultant information into architectural documentation.

• Oversee documentation deliverables and project priorities across multiple simultaneous projects.

• Detect clashes, coordination challenges, and technical conflicts among disciplines before they escalate into site issues.

• Recognize and highlight documentation, coordination, and program risks at an early stage.

• Elevate unresolved technical, compliance, or coordination issues to the Australian Project Architect.

• Generate high-quality architectural documentation in Revit, which includes plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and legends.

• Collaborate with Australian Project Architects and Project Directors on intricate Queensland industrial and commercial projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of professional architectural experience, with at least 3 years focused on Australian architectural projects.

• Proven, hands-on experience in delivering industrial projects (such as warehouses, manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, and industrial estates) — this is essential.

• Advanced expertise in Autodesk Revit, showcasing strong modeling and documentation abilities.

• Documented experience in independently progressing projects from Design Development through to Construction Documentation.

• Direct experience in coordinating multidisciplinary consultants and resolving technical/structural coordination challenges.

• Working knowledge of the National Construction Code (NCC 2022) and Australian Standards, particularly AS 1428.1.

• A degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or Architectural Drafting (or an equivalent qualification recognized in the Philippines).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Experience in creating and modifying parametric Revit families.

• Familiarity with AutoCAD.

• Experience with Bluebeam Revu or Autodesk Construction Cloud (BIM 360/Forma).

• Experience in documenting multi-residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects, in addition to industrial.

• Knowledge of local authority requirements in Brisbane or Gold Coast.
