This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the enterprise payer-facing value narrative for all solutions and customer segments.
• Develop standardized ROI methodologies that encompass definitions, assumptions, guardrails, and defensibility criteria.
• Establish credible and defensible value claims throughout the organization.
• Create and institutionalize frameworks and templates for executive storytelling to enhance customer and market engagement.
• Design and implement a standardized architecture for executive-level Executive Business Reviews (EBRs).
• Build scalable ROI frameworks and curate an analytics-driven library of case studies.
• Define customer outcomes, reporting, and metrics requirements in collaboration with Data & Analytics.
• Integrate Medicare Advantage, risk adjustment, quality program, regulatory, and market changes into actionable insights.
• Convert industry shifts into company positioning, value narratives, and implications for customers.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to harmonize metrics, EBRs, deal strategies, and market-facing claims.
• Direct value- and industry-related discussions during executive client engagements with payer stakeholders.
• Clearly communicate ROI, value stories, and industry implications for customers and prospects.
• Contribute to external thought leadership and build credibility as a trusted advisor to payer executives.
• Independently establish ROI frameworks, EBR structures, defensible value standards, and enterprise value positioning.
• Secure executive approval for external claims that impact positioning or have contractual/pricing implications.
• Over 10 years of experience in healthcare, healthcare SaaS, value-based care, Medicare Advantage, quality measurement, risk adjustment, or similar fields.
• Comprehensive understanding of provider workflows, behavioral drivers, and needs within provider offices.
• Proficient executive communication and storytelling abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in translating analytics into coherent strategic narratives.
• Capability to serve as an internal advisor across Solution, Analytics, Commercial, and Executive teams.
