This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary owner and administrator of CIQ’s HubSpot CRM and the wider RevOps tooling stack.
• Set up pipelines, properties, workflows, automation, data architecture, and integrations with GTM tools such as ZoomInfo, Amplemarket, and Slack.
• Ensure the quality and hygiene of CRM data; oversee user provisioning, permissions, training, and vendor relationships.
• Create dashboards and recurring reports for pipeline, bookings, forecast accuracy, and team performance, along with ad hoc executive analysis.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership to establish KPIs and maintain a unified source of truth for revenue data.
• Design, document, and manage sales commission plans, encompassing calculations, approvals, and payouts.
• Oversee sales processes, pipeline stages, deal desk approvals, quota distributions, and territory assignments.
• Handle NDA, customer contract, partner contract, lead routing, and contract/order-management workflows.
• Assist in representative onboarding and perform win/loss and pipeline analyses.
• Collaborate with Finance on revenue forecasting and reconciliation of bookings, pipeline, and revenue data.
• Define and manage lifecycle stages, lead qualification, MQL/SQL handoff SLAs, source attribution, and campaign attribution.
• Generate funnel reporting from initial contact through closed won, including stage conversion rates, campaign influence, cost per opportunity, and reporting on pipeline and bookings.
• Over 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years in a HubSpot administrator role or equivalent CRM administration experience, such as Salesforce.
• Proven experience managing sales commission processes from end to end, including plan design support and payout administration.
• Strong background in building reports and dashboards, as well as collaborating with Finance on forecasting and planning cycles.
• Advanced skills in HubSpot administration, including workflows, custom objects/properties, reporting, and integrations.
• Excellent skills in Excel and spreadsheet modeling.
• Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for executive audiences.
• A high ownership mentality with the capability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, lean organization.
• Exceptional cross-functional communication skills with the ability to work alongside Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Executive stakeholders.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS or infrastructure/open-source software company is preferred.
• HubSpot certifications, SQL knowledge, and familiarity with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau are advantageous.
