Senior Associate, Revenue Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement approved programs from the initial development stage to launch, followed by continuous monitoring and closure.

• Set up approved offers and campaign specifications, ensuring thorough pre-launch quality checks.

• Manage the operational calendar encompassing launches, game developments, offer modifications, active program durations, and reporting timelines.

• Collaborate with CRM and Marketing teams to synchronize audiences, messaging, terms, timing, and offer prerequisites.

• Supervise live programs to ensure effective delivery, monitor promotional expenses, assess data completeness, and evaluate operational performance.

• Raise issues with comprehensive context, impact assessment, ownership details, and suggested next steps.

• Track and report on revenue and sales metrics, including week-over-week comparisons and forecasts.

• Document and enhance repeatable processes while identifying opportunities to automate established workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in revenue operations, campaign operations, growth, marketing operations, analytics, or a similar field.

• Experience in lottery, gaming, or other regulated consumer sectors is advantageous.

• Proven ability to coordinate campaigns, promotions, game launches, or similar operational workflows from initiation to completion.

• Exceptional attention to detail when handling numerical data, timelines, customer demographics, terms, and launch criteria.

• Proficient in using reporting and data analysis to track performance, investigate unexpected outcomes, and identify issues needing escalation.

• Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple timelines, priorities, and stakeholders while ensuring precision.

• Familiarity with business intelligence, spreadsheets, workflow, or data activation tools is preferred.

• May need to secure a gaming license issued by the relevant state agency as a prerequisite for employment.
