This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee and guide a team of Revenue Operations Solution Engineers, focusing on workload management, prioritization, coaching, and performance support.
• Act as an escalation point for intricate client and technical issues.
• Manage or supervise strategic client relationships, ensuring effective communication, high-quality delivery, and client satisfaction.
• Lead and assist in audits, implementations, integrations, and optimization projects for Salesforce, HubSpot, and marketing automation.
• Offer hands-on expertise across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot, and HubSpot Marketing Hub.
• Design and provide guidance on lifecycle architecture, lead management, routing, automation, CRM/MAP integrations, attribution, reporting, and data governance.
• Convert complex technical findings into actionable recommendations for both executive and non-technical stakeholders.
• Review strategist work for technical accuracy and strategic quality prior to client delivery.
• Collaborate with Account Directors and internal leadership to pinpoint expansion and cross-sell opportunities.
• Assist in scoping, solution design, and new business discussions for RevOps opportunities.
• Create repeatable processes, documentation, playbooks, and technical standards as the Revenue Operations practice grows.
• Maintain oversight of project health, capacity, utilization, and delivery risks across the team.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, CRM consulting, marketing automation, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of direct people management or formal team leadership experience.
• Active Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud administration and implementation.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot.
• Pardot/Account Engagement certification is highly preferred, or a minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on Pardot implementation and administration experience.
• Strong practical knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub, including automation, lifecycle management, data architecture, integrations, and reporting.
• Experience leading complex CRM and marketing automation implementations, audits, migrations, or optimization projects.
• Comprehensive understanding of lead lifecycle management, lead routing, attribution, CRM/MAP integrations, automation, and data governance.
• Capable of leading senior-level client discussions and translating technical problems into business recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and handle difficult conversations.
• Ability to balance leadership duties with hands-on technical execution.
• Previous agency experience is strongly preferred; consulting or professional services experience is also highly relevant.
• Additional Salesforce certifications are preferred.
• HubSpot certifications are preferred.
• Experience working across Salesforce and HubSpot environments in B2B organizations is preferred.
• Experience in project scoping, supporting sales discussions, and identifying account expansion opportunities is preferred.
• Familiarity with managing multiple concurrent client engagements is preferred.
• Must have established and current work authorization in Canada.
• Permanent residency in Canada is required.

• Ability to operate a laptop computer, software platforms, and office productivity tools is essential.
