This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of potential partners across various categories including referral, reseller, technology/ISV, BPO, and platform.
• Assess partners based on their fit, overlap, and revenue potential; prioritize opportunities accordingly.
• Oversee the complete partner sales process: outreach, discovery, business case development, commercial structuring, and agreement finalization.
• Represent AiPrise at conferences and industry events; transform event discussions into formal partnerships.
• Manage relationships, engagement frequency, and revenue strategies for a portfolio of current partners.
• Create collaborative go-to-market strategies with key partners, outlining target accounts, plays, enablement, marketing efforts, and shared pipelines.
• Facilitate co-selling efforts with account executives through account mapping, warm introductions, joint calls, and deal coordination.
• Empower partner teams to effectively position and sell AiPrise and keep them updated on product advancements.
• Monitor partner-generated and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue; conduct regular evaluations of partner performance.
• Progress towards owning a partner revenue target.
• Provide guidance on partner categories and specific partners to engage with.
• Relay market, competitive, and customer insights back to Sales, Product, and Leadership teams.
• Assist in designing and refining partner program structures, including tiers, incentives, referral and reseller economics, and enablement strategies.
• Contribute to the partnerships operating framework through reporting, HubSpot, Crossbeam, and process enhancement.
• 5–8 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, channel management, or business development within a B2B SaaS or fintech organization.
• Familiarity with multiple partner types (referral/reseller, technology integrations, services/BPO) and an understanding of their differing economics.
• Proficient in managing a complete commercial cycle from initial outreach to final agreement negotiation.
• Strong instincts for co-selling: experience collaborating with account executives, mapping accounts, and facilitating partner introductions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to establish credibility with senior partner stakeholders.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10–20% of the time.
• Background in identity verification, KYC/KYB/AML, fraud prevention, payments, FinCrime, or related compliance/fintech infrastructure.
• Experience with partner ecosystem tools (such as Crossbeam, PartnerStack, or similar) and HubSpot.
• Established relationships within the fintech, crypto, marketplace, or BPO ecosystems.
