This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +18 more locations.
• Collaborate with leaders from the sales unit and executive management to delineate, document, and oversee the comprehensive revenue process.
• Identify obstacles and opportunities for optimizing the revenue process.
• Design, implement, and document standardized processes for lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-close, and post-sales activities.
• Act as a secondary administrator for the revenue technology stack focused on Salesforce and Outreach.
• Configure and tailor Salesforce along with leading integration-enhancement initiatives.
• Ensure the integrity of revenue-stack data and contribute to the overarching technology strategy.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting mechanisms across Sales, Account Management, Support, and other revenue-related functions.
• Manage monthly commission calculations, data reviews, and Cost of Sales assessments.
• Analyze and assist with annual and quarterly revenue objectives, forecasting, and compensation-plan formulation.
• Provide forecasting support to enhance forecast accuracy and pipeline visibility.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of pipeline health, sales productivity, campaign effectiveness, and customer churn/retention.
• Ensure alignment among Sales segments, Finance, Marketing, and Partner and Service Operations.
• A bachelor's degree.
• Over 4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations.
• Experience, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience in a marketplace business is advantageous.
• Advanced skills in Excel/GSheets.
• Some familiarity with SQL.
• Expert-level proficiency as a CRM Administrator.
• Salesforce experience required; certification is not mandatory.
• Proven experience managing an integrated technology stack, including sales engagement, marketing, process automation, AI, and analytics solutions.
• Analytical abilities to convert complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Familiarity with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) concepts related to revenue.
• Capacity to balance speed with durability/scalability and drive projects to completion.
• Keen interest in intelligently incorporating AI.
