This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage global Revenue Operations, Planning, Forecasting, Sales commissions, regional sales operations, and Go-To-Market tools and systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to assess adjustments to GTM strategy and planning.
• Establish performance metrics and foster alignment across revenue operations.
• Enhance effective revenue operational management within the Go-To-Market function.
• Oversee revenue growth strategy and execution, operations, enablement, and data analysis for global GTM initiatives.
• Ensure worldwide alignment across sales functions.
• Lead annual revenue operations planning cycles and cross-functional business coordination.
• Develop and promote processes and technologies that enhance revenue growth across various routes to market.
• Cultivate cross-functional partnerships throughout the organization.
• Identify strategic priorities and opportunities, manage objectives and key results, and concentrate on high-impact initiatives.
• Utilize performance analytics to influence cross-functional revenue programs.
• Build relationships with executives and leaders in product, engineering, marketing, information technology, finance, and GTM teams.
• Recruit, develop, and oversee a diverse team of high-performing managers.
• Facilitate onboarding, continuous training, retention, and foster a strong remote culture.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Strategy, FP&A, GTM Operations, and in a People Management role.
• Proven experience in business and operational leadership roles within a global SaaS Sales environment.
• Experience in formulating strategic vision, making data-driven decisions, identifying gaps or business needs, and innovating and scaling solutions.
• Extensive background in a high-impact strategic role in a rapidly growing global organization.
• Preferred experience in AI transformation within a Revenue Operations context.
• Demonstrated management experience with a proven ability to influence in a highly-matrixed company.
• Proven track record of leading a diverse, high-performing team across geographical regions and building inclusive teams.
• Strong capability to engage and influence C-level executives and senior leaders effectively.
• Fluency in English as a working language is mandatory.
• Ability to comprehend key performance indicators, both quantitative and qualitative.
• Strong analytical background.
• Previous experience in a strategic marketing role and/or strategy consulting would be advantageous.
