This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of strategic RevOps initiatives from inception to completion, translating business requirements into scalable solutions and quantifiable results.
• Collaborate with leaders from Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to enhance go-to-market (GTM) effectiveness.
• Design and refine GTM processes, including opportunity management, pipeline and forecasting, account and territory management, deal workflows, renewals, expansions, and quote-to-cash.
• Manage Marketing Operations processes encompassing lead lifecycle, scoring, routing, campaign management, attribution, intent signals, and funnel conversion.
• Oversee Customer Success Operations processes including health scoring, segmentation, account and whitespace planning, renewals, expansions, churn risk, and retention strategies.
• Enhance customer lifecycle transitions and data flows from acquisition through to expansion.
• Propel GTM system and process optimization, including Salesforce governance, workflows, automation, integrations, and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with GTM Analytics on metrics, reporting requirements, and data standards.
• Enhance GTM data integrity and governance.
• Utilize process improvements, automation, technology, and AI to boost GTM efficiency.
• Lead intricate cross-functional initiatives and manage change effectively.
• 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or GTM Operations within a B2B SaaS context.
• Proven experience in supporting various stages of the customer lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Customer Success platforms.
• Solid understanding of Marketing Operations and demand generation processes.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Customer Success Operations and post-sale processes.
• In-depth understanding of Sales Operations and commercial processes.
• Experience in managing complex, cross-functional RevOps initiatives from problem identification to adoption.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Familiarity with managing complex B2B SaaS deal structures, including renewals, co-terming, pricing, and approval workflows.
