This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Manage the daily operations and hygiene of the CRM, ensuring the accuracy of data, consistent field usage, and maintaining clean pipeline records.
• Establish and uphold data governance standards across Sales and Marketing systems.
• Develop and sustain dashboards and reports on essential revenue metrics, including pipeline, bookings, churn, win rates, and sales cycle duration.
• Monitor and report on company-wide KPIs, highlighting trends and identifying risks or opportunities for leadership.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to address strategic business inquiries from Sales, Marketing, or Finance departments.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to pinpoint process gaps and propose enhancements.
• Assess funnel health, including lead volume, conversion rates, deal velocity, and win rates, while helping to identify bottlenecks.
• Provide data and analytical support for quota setting, territory design, and compensation modeling.
• Serve as a liaison among Sales, Marketing, Finance, and leadership to ensure metrics and definitions are aligned.
• Discover opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and enhance data workflows.
• Standardize recurring reports for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
• Act as a connector between Sales, Marketing, and leadership, ensuring CRM data integrity and developing reports on company and revenue metrics.
• Report to the Sr. Manager, Business Operations.
• 3-5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business operations, or a similar analytical position.
• Practical experience in managing and maintaining a CRM platform (such as Boostr, Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable systems).
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Comfortable creating and maintaining dashboards (e.g., in Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or native CRM reporting tools).
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint/Google Slides for preparing executive-level presentations.
• Strong analytical abilities with a knack for converting raw data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly regarding data accuracy and consistency.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting metrics and findings to senior stakeholders.
• Capability to manage multiple reporting cadences and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must currently have authorization to work in the United States without needing employer-sponsored visa sponsorship now or in the future.
