This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and enhance the CRM and associated tools utilized in sales, marketing, and customer success.
• Ensure the maintenance of integrated, adopted, and streamlined go-to-market (GTM) systems, featuring Salesforce and tools established through the GTM Max initiative.
• Develop and sustain forecasting models, pipeline reports, and dashboards to provide leadership with insights into revenue health and deal progression.
• Analyze and optimize the complete funnel from lead acquisition to closure and renewal, eliminating friction and aligning the handoffs between marketing, sales, and customer success.
• Assist in the creation and enforcement of the closed-deal checklist.
• Oversee and enhance the quoting process, which may include investigating a quoting agent or a CPQ-style workflow within Salesforce.
• Evaluate conversion rates, sales velocity, churn, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide strategic decisions and resource distribution.
• Aid in quota and compensation planning along with capacity modeling.
• Connect go-to-market teams with Finance to ensure alignment on goals, metrics, and execution strategies.
• Identify friction points in the revenue process, recommend solutions, and independently implement fixes.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, including the development and maintenance of flows, automations, security and sharing models, and reporting.
• Strong background in sales/revenue operations, encompassing forecasting methodologies, pipeline management, and funnel/conversion analysis.
• Proven capability to design and integrate GTM technology stacks across sales, marketing, and customer success tools, with a focus on data integrity and user adoption.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in creating dashboards and reports using Salesforce reports/dashboards, Excel/Sheets, and/or a BI tool.
• Experience in supporting quoting, deal desk, or CPQ-style processes.
• Ability to work autonomously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment as a contractor.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams.
• Detail-oriented with a preference for clean data and substantive process improvements rather than quick fixes.
• Salesforce Admin certification is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CPQ or quoting-automation tools like native Salesforce CPQ, DealHub, PandaDoc, or similar is beneficial.
• Experience with marketing/sales engagement tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, Outreach, or Gong and their Salesforce integrations is a plus.
• Experience with quota, capacity, or commission-planning tools like Xactly, CaptivateIQ, or Spiff is favorable.
• Previous RevOps experience in an early-stage or growth-stage B2B SaaS company is advantageous.
• Experience collaborating directly with Finance on GTM metrics, planning, and reporting rhythms is beneficial.
• Familiarity with AI-driven GTM tools or a willingness to assess and pilot new technologies is a plus.
• Part-time commitment requiring approximately 10–20 hours per week, with some flexibility depending on the scope of work and workload.
• Initial engagement duration of 3 months, with the possibility of extension.
