This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Establish the product vision and strategic direction for the Epic domain.
• Convert business objectives into actionable product strategies aligned with OKRs.
• Create product roadmaps, manage and prioritize backlogs, and evaluate business cases.
• Assess buy-versus-build opportunities and scale products across various business units.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and user design teams in an agile setting.
• Carry out user research and document comprehensive product requirements.
• Design user-friendly products that cater to user needs.
• Oversee product launches, prepare training materials, and develop end-user documentation.
• Identify product enhancements through quantitative analysis and user feedback.
• Provide executive-level updates on product status, risks, and necessary decisions.
• Create testing procedures and governance for Epic assessments and documentation reviews.
• Work with training and change management teams to facilitate readiness, adoption, and feedback.
• Aid in the approval of product iterations, schedules, releases, and roadmaps.
• Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and development of product and informatics talent.
• Over 5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, including charge capture, medical coding, back-end billing, claims submission, clearing house rules, EDI formats, collections, denial management, appeals, patient billing, and A/R.
• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in product management and/or healthcare informatics.
• Demonstrated ability to drive strategic decisions, take ownership, and coordinate resources effectively.
• Proficient in engaging with senior-level stakeholders and simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Data-driven mindset for measuring product impact and assessing success with analytics teams.
• Expertise in change management and promoting user adoption of clinical technology.
• Epic certification(s) in relevant modules are preferred.
• Experience in Value-Based Care, Medicare/Medicare Advantage, and Fee-For-Service is preferred.
• Familiarity with financial operations related to capitation, shared savings, and bundled payments is preferred.
• Background in regulated environments with considerations for data privacy and compliance is preferred.
• Experience in building and launching AI products is preferred.
• Over 3 years of experience as a Product Manager is preferred.
• Experience with data analytics and core healthcare metrics is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience is required.
