šŸ“‹ Description

• Manage and enhance the architecture of the CRM pipeline, including custom properties, deal object design, and automation of workflows.

• Oversee the communications framework, which encompasses SLA monitoring, call-routing logic, and the configuration of shared inboxes.

• Create and implement onboarding workflows for new partners, from initial intake to CRM integration.

• Provide support to sales enablement through accurate CRM data, reporting, and sales tools.

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that track pipeline progress, performance metrics, and SLA compliance.

• Conduct data analysis across key systems to uncover trends in partner behavior, inbound volume, and channel performance.

• Aid in renewal negotiations and vendor assessments by modeling cost, usage, and capacity trade-offs.

• Document processes and data models comprehensively.

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, and Data/Engineering teams.

• Identify chances to automate repetitive operational tasks using native tools and AI technologies.

• Assist in launching new markets by setting up CRM structures, reporting, and communication workflows.


ā›³ļø Requirements

• 2-4 years of practical experience in CRM administration (HubSpot is highly preferred), with a focus on building pipelines, custom properties, and automation workflows.

• Proficient in navigating CRM, support/ticketing, and telephony systems.

• Knowledge of data flows between various systems.

• Proven experience in creating reports and dashboards that inform decision-making.

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and structured data, including data cleaning, joining, and analysis.

• Preference for utilizing native, low-maintenance tools rather than custom-built infrastructure.

• Capable of producing clear documentation and explaining technical processes to individuals without a technical background.

• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and engaging in iterative processes using real data.

• Proficient in leveraging AI on a daily basis for drafting, analyzing, and conducting research, while responsibly managing its output, especially with sensitive data.
