Senior Retirement Plan Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for designated retirement plans by fostering strong relationships with plan sponsors and participants while providing outstanding customer service and continuous support.

• Retirement Plan Administration: Oversee qualified retirement plans by evaluating plan design, maintaining plan documentation, ensuring compliance testing, coordinating plan transitions, and guaranteeing operational precision.

• Compliance & Regulatory Oversight: Supervise retirement plans to ensure adherence to relevant regulations, assist with annual testing, prepare Form 5500, manage disclosures, and suggest process enhancements that improve operational efficiency.

• Business Development & Relationship Growth: Explore opportunities to broaden Retirement Services and other Wealth Management connections through referrals, participant education, and collaboration with Financial Consultants.

• Participant Education & Support: Organize enrollment meetings, deliver retirement education, address inquiries from participants and sponsors, and support clients in maximizing the benefits of their retirement plans.


⛳️ Requirements

• Education & Experience – A bachelor’s degree is required, along with 4-6 years of relevant experience and/or training OR a comparable combination of education and experience.

• Recommended Certifications – Securities Registration Qualified 401(k) ASPPA Administrator.
