This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and manage localized Email and SMS campaign calendars, adapting global strategies into specific market executions.
• Create campaign strategies, develop creative briefs, and outline execution plans for promotional, seasonal, lifecycle, loyalty, and ad hoc retention campaigns.
• Oversee the complete campaign execution process from planning to launch.
• Facilitate the coordination of deliverables among Creative, Copywriting, Marketing, CX, Legal, Analytics, eCommerce, and Technology teams.
• Collaborate with internal creative teams and external agencies to ensure that Email and SMS campaigns are aligned with the brand.
• Manage campaign assets, including creative requests, copy, translations, links, promotions, audiences, and approval processes.
• Conduct campaign quality assurance, ensuring accuracy in copy, grammar, links, imagery, pricing, promotions, trademarks, segmentation, dynamic content, rendering, and regional standards.
• Support and enhance Lifecycle and Loyalty campaigns, which include post-purchase, behavioral, cross-sell, win-back, reactivation, and subscription initiatives.
• Organize A/B testing and suggest optimizations for messaging, creative content, offers, timing, targeting, and customer experience.
• Track campaign performance and retention KPIs; provide reporting and insights.
• Leverage customer data to design personalized campaigns.
• Evaluate performance and customer insights to enhance retention, subscription growth, customer lifetime value, and campaign effectiveness.
• Maintain comprehensive campaign documentation, workflows, calendars, timelines, and process standards.
• Assess marketing best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
• Execute other duties as necessary.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in retention, CRM, email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or campaign management in an eCommerce or direct-to-consumer setting.
• Demonstrated experience in managing comprehensive marketing campaigns, including planning, cross-functional coordination, execution, quality assurance, reporting, and optimization.
• In-depth knowledge of Email and SMS marketing best practices, customer lifecycle marketing, and retention strategies.
• Proven ability to manage campaign calendars, creative briefs, project timelines, and multiple concurrent initiatives in a dynamic environment.
• Capability to collaborate effectively across departments including Creative, Copywriting, Analytics, Legal, Marketing, Product, and Technical teams.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle competing priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with Email Service Providers (ESPs) and SMS marketing platforms; familiarity with Klaviyo and Attentive is advantageous.
• Knowledge of customer segmentation, audience targeting, campaign personalization, and lifecycle marketing principles.
• Understanding of email quality assurance processes, rendering considerations, deliverability best practices, and testing platforms such as Litmus or Mailgun Inspect.
• Analytical skills for interpreting campaign performance, A/B testing outcomes, and customer insights.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Asana, Microsoft Office, Figma, Dynamic Yield or Movable Ink, Narvar, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and email production principles is preferred.
