This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
β’ Manage daily resource allocation across various client portfolios alongside Delivery and Creative/Strategy leads.
β’ Conduct global portfolio resourcing meetings, facilitate discussions on capacity, and address any conflicts that arise.
β’ Oversee cross-regional resource distribution ensuring equitable workload management.
β’ Track utilization, availability, and forecasting data to spot trends, identify gaps, and assess risks.
β’ Assist in preparing business cases for new hires or long-term contractor engagements.
β’ Supervise the onboarding, contract extensions, and offboarding processes for contingent workers.
β’ Ensure that freelancer engagement aligns with commercial objectives and hiring policies.
β’ Guarantee compliance with IR35 regulations and TMP vendor management standards.
β’ Monitor and report on contractor expenditure and usage trends to Delivery and Finance teams.
β’ Maintain high data quality standards in Kantata and related systems.
β’ Enhance forecasting and time-tracking practices in collaboration with Business Systems & Data and Finance departments.
β’ Promote the use of tools, processes, and reporting dashboards.
β’ Contribute to tmpβs Workforce Operations model through initiatives like offshoring, specialized resourcing, and flexible capacity strategies.
β’ Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders in Delivery, Client Services, Creative, Strategy, and Finance.
β’ Provide coaching and mentorship to colleagues on consistent resourcing methodologies.
β’ Encourage collaboration across regions to foster a cohesive global resourcing culture.
β’ 3-5+ years of experience in resourcing, workforce planning, or operations in marketing, digital, or professional services sectors.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of project delivery cycles in creative or B2B marketing environments.
β’ Proficient in tools such as Kantata/Mavenlink, Float, 10kft, Smartsheet, and Excel.
β’ Strong commercial acumen, effectively balancing financial efficiency with operational and resourcing excellence.
β’ Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and manage stakeholders at senior levels.
β’ Comfortable working within a complex, matrixed, global framework.
β’ Familiarity with agency resourcing and the strategic use of contractors.
β’ Capability to navigate complex or evolving scenarios.
β’ Excellent organizational skills, proactive follow-through, and the ability to anticipate challenges.
