This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the formulation of research and evaluation strategies utilizing diverse designs and mixed methodologies.
• Create and execute plans for qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
• Contribute to the preparation of technical reports intended for researchers and practitioners.
• Perform thorough quality assessments of deliverables prior to submission to clients.
• Write SAS code for longitudinal studies.
• Review and enhance existing SAS code.
• Work collaboratively with research, evaluation, and analytical teams.
• Aid in the development of proposals for prospective projects.
• Leverage academic expertise and professional experience in projects related to K-20 education, adult education, substance use prevention, and various social programs.
• A Master’s degree in education, public health, sociology, psychology, public policy, or a related discipline.
• More than 3 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative data collection, research analysis, and/or program evaluation.
• Proficient in SAS coding.
• US citizenship is required due to federal contract obligations.
• Must be able to successfully complete a SF-86 background check.
• No use of illegal substances, including cannabis, within the last 7 years.
• Familiarity with prevention research and/or K-20 and/or adult education in the United States.
• Understanding of experimental, quasi-experimental, and mixed method research designs.
• Experience with SPSS, R, or Python is preferred.
• Experience in creating data visualizations is preferred.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
• Exceptional verbal, oral, interpersonal, and written communication abilities.
• Experience in developing and presenting presentations.
• Capability to prioritize and manage various tasks while adhering to tight deadlines.
• Prior experience in consulting is preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team.
