This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Execute standardized research and evaluation tasks under the guidance of leadership.
• Create project materials.
• Coordinate activities for data collection.
• Assist in the dissemination of information.
• Organize project documents.
• Record meeting minutes.
• Maintain logs for compliance-related documentation.
• Conduct supervised data collection, which includes surveys, interviews, field observations, site visits, and focus groups.
• Contribute to analysis and reporting under the direction of leadership.
• Assist in both quantitative and qualitative data analysis as well as data visualization techniques.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with data collection and analysis utilizing standard software tools.
• Background in providing coordination support on research and/or evaluation projects within an academic, community, or government context.
• Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capacity to adhere to established protocols and maintain precise records.
• Ability to assist in both qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis efforts.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to work both independently and remotely.
• Demonstrated experience and proficiency in word processing, basic spreadsheet, and presentation software applications.
• Familiarity with database software programs (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing demands, priorities, and timelines.
• Skilled at prioritizing multiple projects, working under deadlines, and producing error-free outputs.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external partners in a team setting.
