Senior Requirements and Test Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Facilitate meetings with clients and users to collect business processes and requirements.

• Identify, elaborate on, and document business processes alongside system requirements.

• Assist in defining and modeling databases.

• Plan and implement both manual and automated software testing procedures.

• Define test scenarios intended for automation.

• Automate test execution and analyze the outcomes.

• Aid the team in organizing and managing various activities.

• Collaborate within teams that adopt Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Systems Analysis and Development or a related technology field.

• Demonstrated experience in gathering and documenting requirements as well as conducting software testing.

• Proven experience in collecting business processes and requirements from clients and users.

• Familiarity with documentation techniques for processes and requirements.

• Experience in planning and executing both manual and automated tests.

• Proficiency in specifying automation test scenarios.

• Knowledge of database modeling practices.

• Experience working with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.

• Familiarity with test automation using Cucumber is preferred.

• Understanding of Specification by Example is preferred.

• Awareness of UX (User Experience) techniques is preferred.
