Senior Requirements Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collect, assess, and document both functional and non-functional requirements

• Comprehend business needs and convert them into technical specifications

• Develop requirements specifications, use cases, and process diagrams

• Lead meetings with stakeholders, development teams, and other relevant departments

• Assist the technical team in understanding requirements and addressing inquiries

• Recognize risks and impacts arising from modifications to requirements throughout the project lifecycle

• Ensure requirements are traceable and validated with users

• Collaborate effectively using agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban

• Retrieve the company laptop and complete onboarding on the first day at the client’s office in Alphaville, Barueri, São Paulo

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Requirements Analyst

• Understanding of requirements elicitation and documentation methods

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools, including Azure DevOps

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills when engaging with various stakeholders

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Analytical mindset

• Candidates must be residents of the state of São Paulo

• Preferred: Experience with large-scale projects and intricate systems

• Preferred: Background in acceptance testing and requirements validation

• Preferred: Experience in software development and systems architecture

• Preferred: Experience with projects in the healthcare industry, especially health insurance providers

• Preferred: Knowledge of reimbursement projects
