
Senior Rental Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Identify and qualify new rental sales opportunities within a designated geographic area.
• Create and present rental proposals that include pricing, logistics, and added-value services.
• Negotiate rental contracts and finalize sales with both new and existing clients.
• Oversee and expand the current rental customer base while boosting revenue and profitability.
• Organize equipment deliveries, installations, and removals efficiently.
• Collaborate with billing teams to ensure invoicing is accurate and timely.
• Review accounts receivable reports and handle outstanding balances through collection efforts.
• Achieve or surpass assigned sales objectives and performance metrics.
• Establish relationships with potential customers using diverse prospecting strategies and techniques.
• Provide sales support for accounts not associated with Ricoh.
• Work with marketplace partners to inform stakeholders and promote referrals.
• Perform account evaluations and business analyses to uncover operational needs, workflow inefficiencies, and document management issues.
• Suggest solutions that enhance productivity, optimize processes, and lower costs.
• Keep precise records of sales activities in the specified CRM/CSR system.
• Analyze products, pricing strategies, strengths, and weaknesses of competitors.
• Build relationships with third-party organizations to create rental business opportunities.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• One to three years of sales experience is required; experience in related industries is preferred.
• A valid, unrestricted driver's license is mandatory.
• Strong grasp of sales methodologies, strategies, and processes.
• Exceptional negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of working independently and prioritizing tasks with minimal supervision.
• Proven business acumen and account planning skills.
• Self-driven with excellent time management capabilities.
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business software applications.
• Frequent travel within the assigned region is necessary.
• Ability to interpret, analyze, and apply complex information, data, and instructions.
• Skilled in preparing, presenting, and communicating detailed information to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Capacity to lift or carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Moderate manual dexterity, routine use of office equipment, effective hand-eye coordination, and ability to perform basic equipment-handling tasks.
